Parking Information

Parking is available for a $5.00 flat rate at the Aquarium and the Gaillard garages downtown.  Please see the map link below for the locations of all City of Charleston garages.

It is recommended that Harbor Fest patrons utilize the city parking garages and free DASH Shuttle for transportation to the festival grounds.  Please do not park in the Concord/ Cumberland garage on Saturday due to cruise ship traffic.  Due to increased traffic on Saturday, the Concord/ Cumberland garage will be very difficult to access.

To completely avoid the traffic and the crowds, park in Mt. Pleasant and ride the Water Taxi to the event! The Charleston Water Taxi departs the Charleston Harbor Marina and arrives directly at the Charleston Maritime Center. Click here for Water Taxi ticketing information and further details.
