The Charleston Harbor Fest Kids’ Zone is packed with exciting activities and provides an entertaining environment for youngsters. Free experiences in the Kids’ Zone include a chance for children to make their very own sailboat with supplies on hand to decorate the sail, pirate hats and much more.
