Charleston Harbor Fest 2011

Whether traveling across state lines or from across the harbor, we’ve done the legwork to make getting here (and staying here) easier than ever in 2011. In an effort to minimize environmental impact and avoid congestion, we encourage you to take advantage of carpooling and public transportation whenever possible.

It is recommended that Harbor Fest patrons utilize the city parking garages and free DASH Shuttle for transportation to the festival grounds. Please do not park in the Concord/ Cumberland garage on Saturday due to cruise ship traffic. Due to increased traffic on Saturday, the Concord/ Cumberland garage will be very difficult to access.
