Exhibitors
Charleston Harbor Fest invites you to join us for this year's event May 12 - 15, 2011. The festival grounds will be open Thursday - Sunday. We anticipate more than 20,000 visitors throughout the weekend, which makes your presence there ever-more important.
Attractions will include tall ships, VELUX 5 OCEANS fleet, education village, children's village, race village, food, entertainment and much more.
To become a marine exhibitor, marine artist, or modern static boat exhibitor, please fill out the application below and return it with your payment. This PDF file allows you to fill in the fields online, but the application must be printed, signed, and sent with payment. Exhibitor applications are juried and an application does not guarantee your space as an exhibitor. Entries must be relevant to the nature of the event and space is limited. If you don't know whether to apply as a marine artist or a marine exhibitor please follow these guidelines. To be qualified as a marine artist work must be handmade by the artist using original and creative designs. Any imports, manufactured goods, or work, which has been produced with commercial kits, molds, patterns, plans, prefabricated forms, or other commercial methods are subject to the marine exhibitor rate.
